Weekly Yoga Tip:
Yoga teaches us to be mindful of our breath. Allowing the breath to flow easily through the body as we transition from one Yoga pose to another is key in developing Sthira (steadiness, firmness) and Sukha (comfortableness). It is useful to remember that the practice of Yoga is a journey and not a destination.

As the last week of 2010 makes its appearance, the Soul's calling to unfold the inner plan, the inner design becomes clear. It is the calling to open the tight petals of our bud, and finally emerge as a beautiful flower. It is the calling to be Who You Really Are. We are asked to be honest with our selves and our lives. To look within and determine what is right for us now. To listen within for instruction and to not let our focus be misguided by the energies around us. We are called to be aligned with Grace, to be the highest image of who you can be in this lifetime. We are called to be that which we always wanted to be but made one excuse after another to not follow our heart. No more excused. No more waiting. Life is ready for you now. Now is the time to be who you are. Now is the time to make your life what you always wanted it to be.
Regardless of your past, your present....this moment holds the key to the next weeks, months, years of your life. Every moment is the seed...its the bud that will become the flower, the full expression of the highest potential of this moment is in your hands. As it always was. As it always will be. You are creators of your life. The year that is now nearing us, will give us the opportunity to come back to center. To connect to your Soul and your Soul's mission, regardless of circumstances and conditions. You are unique unto the world, let your light shine, for no one in the whole universe will ever be as bright and beautiful as you.

Manifest your Dreams on 2011 by Creating a Vision Board.
A Vision Board (also known as Dream Board) is collection or collage of pictures, images and affirmations of your desires, dreams and wishes.
Materials Needed:
Poster board or cork board (make sure it is a solid color as you don’t want any background pictures/images that are not part of the theme you are creating)
Pictures (from old magazines, photographs, books, online, etc)
Glue
Scissors
Step 1: Get specific about what you want.
Dare to dream beyond what is and remember it is you who allows the Universe to give to you what you want…so dream BIG! So begin by asking yourself, what do I want in 2011? what does my perfect life look like in 2011? Who is with me? What are they like? What do I look like? What am I doing in 2011 that brings me joy? What does my career/work and home life look like? What does my love life look like? What does my friends and community look like? What beautiful things, people, places surround me? What places would I love to visit on 2011 and with whom? What are my goals and wishes for 2011?
Once you have gotten specific on what you really want 2011, choose one area to focus on or a three areas to focus on as you want the pictures to create a clear theme for the year. Now, its time to look for images and words that support the highest vision of that dream.
Step 2: Gather and Arrange Pictures.
Look through old magazines, photographs, books and online stock pictures for images that show very clearly and specifically what you want to manifest on 2011. Choose images and affirmations that when you look at them give your heart joy, hope and above all a feeling of this is going to happen I know it. Print or cut images. Sort the pictures and pile them in sections. Type or handwrite any meaningful, happy affirmations you wish to put on your dream board. For example, if I want to manifest a new home and that’s the theme of my vision board. Then I would sort the pictures by what’s inside the home (specifically by room) and what’s outside the home (curb appeal, gardens, etc).
Step 3: Glue and Place
Place the images and affirmations by sections if there is more than one area you want to manifest. Example you want to manifest a new car, a new home and new job. Then, you would place the images and affirmations pertaining to the new car in one section and so forth for each category. Be mindful of any images in the background of the images you have chosen, make sure every image and word you have chosen fully supports what you want to create. Glue the pictures and affirmations you have gathered onto the poster board or pin them to your cork board.
Place the images and affirmations by sections if there is more than one area you want to manifest. Example you want to manifest a new car, a new home and new job. Then, you would place the images and affirmations pertaining to the new car in one section and so forth for each category. Step 4: Placement of Vision Board
Place your Vision Board in a place where you can see it at least once every day. Example, you can place the Vision Board in front of your bed so that when you wake up it’s the first thing you see.
Step 5: Update the Images and Affirmations as needed
I recommend you update the images and affirmations if needed as I’ve noticed after a couple of days of looking at your dream board you will want to add or change things on it. I’ve noticed some of my clients have done vision boards and manifested successfully wonderful changes in their lives by updating the vision board as needed. Have Fun and no worries life, like the dream board, is a work in progress.

Determine your choosen direction:
This is time of reflection and contemplation. A time of rest and preparation, it a time to get clear on what you want and who you are now choosing to be. It is a time to let go of fear and connect to your heart. It is time to reassess your goals and values and to determine the direction of the upcoming year. Make decisions based on your heart and highest light and not your ego. Build a firm foundation as the rest of the path becomes clear. Patience, persistence and intuition will be your guides. There is no wrong path. However, you are being called to be clear and decisive about your life and to take the steps necessary to create long lasting changes. Call upon your Angels for assistance. You are never alone. You are loved. We are one.

Life is about focus. You life is made of choices of focus…I can focus on a door that has closed before me or I can focus on the areas of my life that do work. I can be grateful for what I have instead of missing something I don’t have. Life is about where you place your focus. Your happiness in this current moment depends on where you place your attention.
We cannot change our past. We cannot change the people around us. And sometimes there will be situations that seem beyond our control, and perhaps are beyond our control. It is in these moments that we realize that we never really had control over anything. That all we ever had control over was our attitude, our point of view and our choices of thoughts.
When we realize that we have no control, then a door finally opens when life had closed its doors; A door for which you always had the key, the only key that could ever really open your life…your heart…your mind. The key is the choice to view your life through whatever lenses you choose. You have freewill to think what you are thinking or to change your thoughts, for as you change your thinking, as your perception changes so does your life. There are always two primary choices: do I approach my life circumstances through fear/anger/pain/despair? Or do I approach my life circumstances with gratitude/hope/faith/understanding?
Life may not change immediately and perhaps it may be slow to change. But what other choice do you have? Do you continue to cry over spilled milk? Do you continue to analyze the never-ending why questions? Do you continue to drag on your guilt, pain, regret? Or do you finally let go? Do you finally just realize I want to be happy and I won’t ever be happy if I continue to think and feel this way? When you finally realize that you truly want to be happy and deserve to be happy, then you are no longer willing to respond to your continued negative thinking. You choose to stop. Regroup. Rethink. You choose to be happy regardless of the conditions around you. You choose to find happiness in any way that you can.
And when you finally realize happiness was always just a thought away. You give up asking people to change. You give up on circumstances you have no power or control over. And you completely surrender to the power that truly mattered. The power you have right now….right this very moment to change your thoughts and thus transform your point of view…so that your thoughts may change, so your words may change, so your actions may change. Thus, you begin to transform your life, thought by thought by thought. You’ve always had the key…now you found it. Choose to be happy now.

What can we could all do to manifest miracles in our lives this season?
Their message: Clarity about what you want to be and to have is important. Clarity comes when we are connected to Source/God, when you are connected to your heart, to the tender heart of your soul. That is the way you receive information from your Soul through your heart, through your feelings. So ask yourself, what gives me happiness? What gives me joy? And peace? And clarity? And choose to create time for those things that connect you to the heart of your soul and as you connect to the heart of your soul, you are able to perceive the perfect timing to receiving the things that you want, you are inspired to make a call at the right time…to meet with someone at the right time, to go to a place at the right time…because you feel the call from your soul, you feel the guidance in your heart through inspiration to go…and there in perfect timing things are manifested faster….be clear about what you want, clear clutter and old desires that no longer apply to who you are and who you are becoming…set goals that are appropriate to who you are now and who you are becoming, as you grow so does your desires and your dreams… keep positive thinking, hope, dream, know, that you are loved and that your dreams can come true. Happy Holidays Everybody!
Can you believe this year is almost over? Wow...its been such an amazing year, filled with opportunities for growth and soul development. We are currently on a mercury retrograde this month, so take the time to go inward and reflect over your life and over this past year. Reflect over the wonderful lessons that you may have encountered and open to your Soul's path before you. Next year a new energy comes with spring, the opportunity of a new beginning...of a new dawn, open to the gifts of your Soul and Angels and choose to see yourself as the creator of your life. Winter Forgiveness Exercise:
Winter is a great time to let go of all that no longer serves you. It is a time of death and rebirth...of letting go, of releasing old mental and emotional habits. This winter I invite you to make space inside your inner life and your outer life for new opportunities to come your way.
Here is a wonderful exercise to help with that.
You’ll need two sheets of plain, white paper and a pen.
First, call your Soul, Angels and Guides to you. Ask to be protected and guided for your higher good and the higher good of all.
On the first sheet of paper you’ll write: Whom do I need to forgive? Write that down.
On the second sheet of paper you’ll write: Who needs to forgive me? Write that down.
Then on the back of each paper you’ll write a couple of sentences to each person…either forgiving them or asking for forgiveness. If you need more paper, please do get more. And when you’ve written all that you feel you need to say, then take the sheets of paper, tear them and as you do say three times: “I now release this energy to the Universe for the highest and best good of all that is.”
Then throw the papers away. This is a great exercise to do during the waning moon.

This week focus on Joy. Take time to smell the flowers. Take time to unite with your spirit. Take time to laugh, to have fun, to be in joy. Joy is often discarded as unimportant. The energy of God is goodness. Goodness is expressed in joy. Ask yourself how can I create more joy in my life? What really fulfills me? And why am I not feeling fulfilled? Moments of emptiness are indicators of lack of connection to your own Grace in that moment. Seek connection with that which you are becoming, that which is really you. And as you connect more to this peaceful, joyful, part of you, you will begin to notice transformations in your inner being and in your daily life. Joy in every breath. Joy in every moment. Joy is in the journey. Ask to be shown your path of Joy and your soul will reveal that to you.

When you feel that which you call positive emotion, such as joy or appreciation, or a feeling of love or well-being… those feelings that make your heart sing, those exhilarating feelings, those feelings, whether it ranges from contentment to passion, those feelings that you would call good feelings, those feelings that you would wish for all people that you love, (and if you are very wise you would wish them for all people that you don’t even know and maybe not love) as you are in that place of feeling good — you are in the place of allowing. You are in the place of allowing what? Allowing Source Energy. Allowing connection with who you are. Allowing wellness. Allowing clarity. Allowing abundance of all things desired. When you feel negative emotion, such as anger or fear or frustration or rage, even anxiety, those feelings of depression… when you feel that which you call negative emotion, what that always means is, for some reason, right now, you are not in the state of allowing. Allowing what? Allowing Source Energy, allowing clarity, allowing all that is good. You are, instead, in the state of resisting. You are in a vibrational state where, for whatever reason, you have found some reason to focus in a way that disallows the Pure, Positive Energy, the Source Energy, the Energy that creates worlds from flowing to you and through you in the way that you’ve intended it.

Make Peace with where you are. Make peace with your life. Make peace with your work. Make peace with your family, friends and loved ones. Make peace with your mind. Stop struggling with the present or thinking about the past and what could have been. All you have is right now. Right now. This very moment. So in this moment choose peace. Take a moment to take a few relaxing breaths and allow the peace you are choosing to settle in your body, heart, mind and spirit. I now choose peace. I now allow peace. I am now at peace with me and the world.
Know that peace is yours now. Know that change can and is coming to you now. Asking is enough. The Universe knows you and what you want. It may not happen overnight but it can and it will happen. The more you allow yourself to trust that asking is enough, the more the Universe will respond to your trust and the new reality that you are choosing with your new thought will be real and it will be so, because it is so the moment you ask, release and trust.
