Weekly Yoga Tip:
Yoga teaches us to be mindful of our breath. Allowing the breath to flow easily through the body as we transition from one Yoga pose to another is key in developing Sthira (steadiness, firmness) and Sukha (comfortableness). It is useful to remember that the practice of Yoga is a journey and not a destination.
